These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.mylovetrack.com/ (the “Site”) and any purchases from MLT Holding LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Products

We sell digital products, including custom-made (personalized) songs and related digital deliverables.

2) Orders and payments

You agree to provide accurate information at checkout and during personalization. We may refuse or cancel orders if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.

3) Personalization and accuracy

For personalized orders, you are responsible for submitting accurate personalization details (names, spelling, dates, and key information). If details are missing or unclear, we may contact you and delivery timelines may be delayed.

4) Delivery

Delivery method and estimated timelines are described in our Shipping Policy.

5) Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. In general, digital made-to-order purchases are non-refundable once production begins.

6) Revisions

We provide revisions as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Revisions are limited and must stay within the scope of your original brief.

7) Your content

You represent that you have the right to provide any content you submit (text, names, stories, uploads) and that it does not violate any law or infringe third-party rights. You grant us permission to use your submitted content solely to create and deliver your order and provide support.

8) License to use your deliverable

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the delivered song/content for personal use (including sharing on personal social media).

Commercial use (advertising, resale, redistribution, monetization, brand campaigns, or publishing/distribution for revenue) is not permitted without our prior written permission and may require an additional license.

9) Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • copy, resell, distribute, or sublicense our digital products as standalone files

  • reverse engineer or misuse the Site

  • use the Site in a way that infringes rights or violates laws

10) Disclaimer

The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

12) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
