Refund policy

My Love Track (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by MLT Holding LLC.
Because our products are digital and custom-made (personalized) to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
1) No refunds once production begins
Your order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable once production begins.
Production begins when we receive your required personalization details (questionnaire/brief) and we start creating your custom song and/or related digital deliverables.
2) Cancellations (only before production begins)
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at contact@mylovetrack.com with your order number.
If production has not started, we may approve a cancellation and refund. If production has started, cancellation is not possible.
3) Limited refund cases
We may issue a full or partial refund (at our discretion) only if:

You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge/order), or
-
We are unable to deliver your order for reasons within our control, or
-
There is a technical issue (broken link/corrupted file) that we cannot fix within a reasonable time.
4) Creative preference
Music is subjective. We do not offer refunds based on personal taste once production has started.
If something is factually wrong compared to your submitted details (for example: incorrect name, spelling, or key detail), you can request a revision as described below.
5) Revisions
We include one (1) round of reasonable revisions for:

factual corrections (names, spelling, key details), and/or
-
small adjustments to better match the original brief.
Revisions do not include full rewrites, style/genre changes after delivery, or requests that materially change the original brief.
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
